In a sandwich spread lightly with ginger preserve.Delicious!

Ah, I have to admit that my favorite way to eat chicken is Fried. Of course, I know it's not very healthy so I do bake, grill, broil, and roast chicken now. But, sometimes I can't help myself. Although fried chicken is unhealthy, it's completely delicious.

Yes I definetly agree with you on the roast chicken! I don't eat chicken that much because I often find that it can be quite dry but when my mum does roast chicken its so lovely, moist and tasty. And lucky me...tonight we are having roast chicken :)

Peri Peri is the way to go. For anyone who doesnt know about this yet see below (take from the source website)

"Chilli is the dominant heat, but the basil, garlic, onion and salt all provide vital flavours in this seasoning mix.

If you have been on holiday to Portugal you may be familiar with Piri-Piri restaurants; most towns have one and each has their own recipe for the Piri Piri sauce. Piri Piri comes from Swahili for pepper, (The double use of a word means “very” suggesting a very hot pepper.) but peppers are actually native to the Americas. So the theory is that as long ago as the 1500’s, Portuguese traders introduced peppers to Africa where they became a popular addition to African cuisine. By a century later they were being traded back to Portugal with their new African name. Just to add to the confusion Piri Piri is known as Peri Peri in the United States and is now more commonly called Pili Pili across Africa

In Britain franchised Peri Peri fast food outlets are spreading fast, offering chicken and burger combinations, and this is a spicy eating trend increasingly popular with families and young people.

To try Piri Piri at home, simply add the seasoning to olive oil and leave to infuse. This creates a sauce that can be used for basting chicken, meat or shellfish before grilling. Use with respect until you find the level of heat that you are comfortable with for your own tastes."

You can get the spice mix from the below for 84p a pack . Peri Peri is going to be the flavour of this summer, it will be on everyones barbeque this year.
