Aligator sausage. Octupus { that was a no- no and a oh-oh} chiterlings are one of my favorite and it is not so exotic, a southern classic. Pig snout, pig ears, pig feet, pig tails are in what they call hog head cheese. another southern classic. I have a friend who's grandmother prepares what she calls glorified pig parts, which is actually baked snout, tail, feet, ears with bar b que sauce and she prepares this every new year with black eyed peas, corn bread, greens and all of this is supposed to bring luck. YUM!!!!
Thanks for asking great question!!!

pig and chicken intestines, rat, frog, kamamaroo(insect), rabbit, balot(egg turning chick (boiled first)). Report It

  • just gator meant

I've eaten alligator tail (good) and rattlesnake steak (not that great). And sheep testicles and tails (tasty).

I've tried gator, frog legs, rattlesnake...and I eat deer (venison) all the time and don't consider that exotic at all. Isn't pig intestine just sausage casing?

he said Meant!!!! anyways, i've eated ostridge at a place called Roy's in Chicago... it tasted like the best pot roast ever

Goat. but where I live, it's not considered exotic.
