Tea and toast.....or tea and cereal, depending on how I feel.

Not a coffee person, can't stand the stuff. Don't like fried food, so bacon etc is off the menu for me too!

As I am just up ill tell you what I had this morning.

A cup of tea, 3 weetabix with cold milk and a HUGE orange-that's the best way! But I had a bad sleep last night so I was still hungry so I had a small roll with chicken and mayonaisse in it.

Now i'm full!

to drink - green tea or cold milk

to eat - cereal or fruit

Orange Juice, fresh squeezed, lots of pulp. Nothing solid for about an hour.

milo and toast..mmmmmmm

I drink sugar free cordial (fruit flavoured water) and 32 different pills, I dont do breakfast, I am too full by that stage.

First thing I drink is bubbly water! (can't get enough of the stuff)!

Then cereal with milk or toast with peanut Butter with a slice of processed cheese on top!

COFFEE!! must have coffee! i eat oatmeal cause it's good for you and i feel better and work out better if i eat it for breakfast every day, but my fave breakfast is peanut butter on toast with bananas and honey. mmmmmmm

Coffee,white with one sugar!!!

Coffee n Toast

n bacon n eggs
n few pancakes
n bowl of coco pops
n big raspberry yogurt

Well if I was say at your place I don't mide really coffee and toas would be just fine..lol
