Strawberry Banana

Kefir and tofu with mango, honey, saffron and cardamom.
Its like 7th heaven anytime you want it but without removing your clothes.

i use whatever fruit we have in at the time, but grape and banana is a favourite

Frozen mango, 1/2 punnet strawberries, 2 kiwis, 2 bananas and a carton of apple juice...makes enough to last a couple of days=]

Strawberry:
1 large banana
2 handfuls of ripe strawberries
4 heaping Tbs of applesauce
6-10 cubes of ice
Sprig of mint

Add ice and the applesauce first (applesauce provides the liquid necessary in the crushing of the ice).

Crush the ice until substance is smoothie-like, and then add the other ingredients.

Pink Flamingo

2 cups hulled strawberries
1 cup chopped watermelon
Juice of 2 freshly squeezed oranges
Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lime
? cup ruby red grapefruit juice

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Cover and chill. Before serving, shake or stir, then pour into chilled glasses.

Four Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
2 tablespoons lemonade concentrate
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
Nutritional Analysis: One serving (1-1/2 cups) equals 172 calories, 1 g fat (trace saturated fat), 4 mg cholesterol, 100 mg sodium, 36 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 8 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1-1/2 fruit, 1 fat-free milk.

Raspberry, blueberry, blackberry & strawberry all in one with yogurt. Mmm.

I do cooking shows and make this one with zuchini or yellow squash, strawberries, honey, ice and sugarless koolaid not sugar free. Everyone loves them parents, kids - everyone.
