thank you!

A half an orange or grape fruit
Glass of Milk (Maybe w/ Cereal)
Roll~Biscuit & Bacon

This satisfies all needs except for vegies, so for the vegies yuo could have Celery & peanut butter.

I'm not sure how many calories it is, but it's better to eat more in the morning than later in the day. So if this is more than usual then just eat less the other meals.

There's even a saying that goes like this;
Eat like a King for Breakfeast
Eat like a Princess for Lunch
& Eat like a pauper(Poor person) for dinner.

Eating more in the morning increases your metabolism for the rest of the day.

try not to go over 300-400, studies show time and time again that proetin rich breakfast keep you full and focused longer, so eggs with whole grain toast patted with bit peanut butter, or jelly, or buy itself is a total power breakfst, drink with milk and your set, also oatmeal made with milk, topped with berries and walnuts is a fantastic breakfast

For a good breakfast, try having a bowl of cereal (preferably a high fiber - 5 g or more, healthy cereal - not full of sugar), with milk (preferable 1% or skim milk). Then you want either one egg, or some cottage cheeze (protein - about 2 onces). Finally, have either some fresh fruit (1 serving), or a small glass of juice. If you don't want cereal, then have 1 piece of toast or 1/2 bagel.

This breakfast will give you 1 serving of carbs, 1 serving of milk, 1 serving protein and 1 serving of fruit.

Good luck.

I like to eat a big bowl of oatmeal. It sticks with me until lunch.
