Prevent Bottom Burns?!
How do I prevent the bottom of a pot from having the tar-like burn when I'm frying meat? Do I add more oil?
Answers: I burned the bottom of a non-stick pan. =( I was trying to skillet pork chops, which turned out fine! Except the bottom has the black sticky tar burn.

i hate when that happens, you buy some new kitchen stuff then it gets burnt at the bottom, so it automatically looks old and grubby.
