Help me out with my school lunches PLEASE!?!


Question: I have soccer practice after school so i need a big lunch and i also need an idea for a snack i could take for after school while im waiting for practice to start ( school ends 2:30 ish and practice starts at 4:00)

What i have so far for my lunch is:
Main: Bagel w/ Cream cheese
Chip: Cheez its
Fruit: Banana

What else should i take?

Bring veggies & fruits (more than just a banana)
Water/Juice
Trail mix

there are some cool cereal bars out atm
also there are cookies in there own individual packets which are cool =)

you should definitely take a water and maybe like a juice box 2

how about a juice box and some animal crackers for a snack

Sounds like you have a pretty active lifestyle, so I would take something high in fibre or carbohydrates that will give you energy. Granola bars and cereal bars would be great, and there's some yummy tasting ones out there too!

If you eat meat then try Slim Jims.
They are tough but filling.

Yea, back in the day, granola bars and ceral bars sucked... Now most of them are pretty good, and are good for you as well (most of them). And maybe 2 mini slim jims.

Also, never get gatorade or powerade unless it's extremely hot where you live. Because it's designed for florida foot ball players who would die or have heat stroke from lack of salt and water. So unless your sweating like a gallon, stick with water.

That seems pretty good. I don't know what you like or what your taste buds are so just bring things you like.
