Was this a good meal plan?!


Question: This is everything I had today...
A bowl of cherrios with skim milk
a banana
about 25 grapes
green tea
a salad with greens, broccoli, califlower...topped with reduced fat italian dressing
tuna sandwich on 12 grain whole wheat bread
a medium sized carrot
6 bottles of water

for exercise...
i played DDR on workout mode, and burned 730calories
did about 200 crunches of different types
20 push ups

did i do well?

Yes it's ok but remeber to balance your food, like you can't live on this for 2-3 weeks you gotta find susbtitutes so you won't get bored.
