tuna sandwich on 12 grain whole wheat bread
a medium sized carrot
6 bottles of water
for exercise...
i played DDR on workout mode, and burned 730calories
did about 200 crunches of different types
20 push ups
did i do well?

Yes it's ok but remeber to balance your food, like you can't live on this for 2-3 weeks you gotta find susbtitutes so you won't get bored.
