Cooking with lemon or herb infused olive oil?!

Question: I want to saute my veges in olive oil with a flavor. What would be the method to flavor the oil? I don't want to make a large amount. I just want to make it each time I need it. I am particularly interested in a lemon flavor, but herbs also. Cooking with olive oil is new to me, so I will be happy for any suggestions.

When cooking veggies. I usually steam or saute. I love using Extra Virgin Olive Oil because it is healthier , and Lemon adds a nice kick, I have experimented, and a little lemon juice/ lemon infused EVOO is fantastic.
