green tea tastes great. the first time i tried it i had it plain and it was really tasty - very fresh tasting. if you want to sweeten it a bit, just add some honey. that's how i have it every morning! now i have at least 3 cups a day!

it's nice! best if you drink it on its own but im sure a teaspoon of sweetener would make it taste better and it's not that unhealthy.

I find it gets bitter if I let it steep for too long. Also, there are blends and flavourings you can try like Earl Grey green tea which is flavoured with oil of bergamot just like Earl Grey tea.

The Muse

add sugar.

if you've never had it, it will make you throw up.

I was iffy about starting to drink green tea too but I put a spoonful of honey in it and MMMmmm!! So delicious!

green tea is so wonderful. best with honey and some lemon.

Mmmm. I LOVE green tea. but only if it's cold. it tastes like water, but calming. DONT add sugar or splenda it makes it gross.

Wow- throw up?! silly reponse there.
Green tea is very commonly served as the default tea in Japanese restaurants. If you like other teas (and even if you don't) you'll probably find green tea very mild and pleasant. -I'm not the biggest fan of the popular green tea ice cream- but it's ok too. Enjoy.

I have found the best green tea is the "Zen" Tazo tea, you can get it at starbucks or at other stores that carry tea. It has a great flavor, the best i've found, mild and almost has a little bit of mint to it. If you dont like it you can try to add something like honey or sugar.
