My daughter loves the surprise that way she does not know what she is getting until she opens the box.**
Don't have to. She is a vegetarian. And has a salad.
sandwich
sandwich and a fruit also some snacks
My son works 12 hour shifts at a very physical job. He takes 2 sandwiches, 20 oz of milk, 20 oz of Gatorade, 10 oz of fruit juice, 1/2-1 cup apple sauce, 1/2-1 cup of canned fruit, about 6 Oreo cookies, 1-2 servings of chips, and about a serving of crackers like Ritz or Wheat thins, and a Quaker chewy bar. (He usually just has a bowl of cold cereal for breakfast at 5 am.) He works 7-7 with about 1 1/2 hours driving time on top of that.
My child takes a pig in a blanket , sour cream and onion chips, a koolaid drink, and about 4 chocolate chip cookies for his snack. I usually take half of a deli sandwich , a few chips and water.
