My perfect breakfast, however, is waffles with syrup, sausage (link or patty, doesn't matter), grits, and fried eggs.

And every sunday we have pancakes, or bacon and eggs, yummy

My normal breakfast is a cup of freshly brewed tea.
However, on weekends, I make my family either french toast, flapjacks, eggs with sausage patties or bacon, cornmeal mush or oatmeal.
Two slices of toast with vegemite, a glass of strawberry milk.
cereal if im in a hurry, otherwise...eggs or sausages, milk...or jsut a bar from natural valley..the like
Through the week I don't usually have time so I grab an up & go drink or take fruit to work. But on weekends, I have either bacon & eggs, or baked beans on toast or Brecetta or scrambled eggs, or pancakes or omeletes depends how hungry we are and normally have it around 10am (like a brunch) then we don't have lunch, just a snack.
I rotate. On Monday and Friday, I have oatmeal with almonds & banana, on Tues and Thurs., I have cereal with almonds & banana, and Wednesday is Waffle Wednesday (w/banana and almonds).
to tell the truth..redbull and newport..not very healthy but honest....always on the go!!
