Can i Order food with my dads Credit Card?!

Question: My dad went to work and he left me his credit card, and i want to order some pizza because there is nothing to eat.

But doesn't the actual person with the credit card has to be home to sign it? Or can i sign it . And will the delivery guy ask for the credit card and ID??

thx

They will take it from you, no problem. They probably wont even ask for it as they will run it before they deliver. By the time they get there its too late for them to change their mind. Plus they are standing there with a pie in their hand. Just order it and act like you do it all the time, worst case scenario is they tell you no dice and you order from somewhere else.

Glad I could help. Was the pizza good? I bet it was. Report It

  • There is no signature required. They process it immediately when ordering.

Make sure your allowed to use your dad's credit card. Why would he leave you his credit card instead of money for pizza anyway?

You can use it. If they aren't happy about it, they can call your dad at work.

Legally, your suppose to be an authorized user on the account. But he did give you permission, so its notlike he is going to report it as an unauthorized transaction. the delivery guy is not going to care who signs for the slip, he only cares about HIS TIP!

you sure can...hope you enjoy that pizza,e-mail me a slice..please..

Usually, you give the credit card number over the phone, when they come to deliver they just ask you to sign the receipt and there are no questions asked and there is no need for id.

But... if you look really young they may question if it's your card. Worst case senerio you can have you father on the phone give them permission or give them a "note" from him.

u gotta hav him 2 sign it, unless u know how 2 sign his name..

I have met this kind of situation before, here is the place I found useful.http://creditcard.online-supporthome.inf...
