Pistachios. Roasted and unsalted. From Trader Joes, eat them every day on salads.

I'm sorry to tell you that your smokehouse almonds are not good for you and are probably not part of a good diet. They are way salty and the smoke flavoriing is toxic. The healthiest way to eat almonds is raw, next best is toasted with no salt. Most "snack" nuts are cooked in nasty oils and so loaded with salt they are a big nutritional minus.

I agree with u almonds are the best I love them I csn not live without them

Cashews
Honey Roasted Peanuts
Pistachios
Sunflower Seeds

Pistachios.

tamari roasted almonds.

totally agree with heart of gold i get mine from trader joes too! and whole foods sometimes

in the order of preference, I like:
(1) hazelnut
(2) almond
(3) pistachio

brazil nuts they are hard to crack but lovely!!

Salted pistachios and Brazil nuts. Very fattening, but oh so good! Fresh black walnuts off the tree are yummy, too ;)

Pecans.

Almonds are my favourite but i just can't say no to the ones that have been genuinely processed from the rehabilitation centre lol

Cashews.

There is no nut I don't like, but favorites would be cashews, Brazil nuts, hot peanuts and smoked almonds. Oh, and macademias. Don't often buy them, so expensive.
