i love tuna and i've had a filled pitta bread for dinner.
Answers: i'm trying to be healthy and it hasen't been going well so help i'm a fussy eater and the only meat i eat is chicken and ham.

Try some of this chicken. Found the recipe on recipezaar, it's delicious!
3 - 4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons water
2 - 3 teaspoons ground ginger
2 - 3 tablespoons minced garlic
fresh ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Place the chicken breasts into a baking dish.
Mix the honey, mustard, water, ginger & garlic in a separate bowl and pour over the chicken breasts.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste and bake in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until no longer pink.
Serve with the remaining sauce poured over each..
I have this with some wild rice and steamed veggies. Or you can use this chicken (cut up) for your pitas!
How about a salad w/grilled chicken or ham. You could also try baked chicken or a sandwich.

if you have a Woolworth's where you live, well mmmmm! go to Woolworth's and get a chicken that's all ready to eat, and make a nice salad with it, and your good to go, the chicken is a bit expensive but its REALLY GOOD, that is my fav chicken ever made and the best chicken that i have EVER eaten so if you like chicken then you have to try it!!! mmm,
Have a nice big omelet with ham and whatever veggies you have handy, with some cheese on top !!

A cheap microwavable lasagne bolognese with rocket, cucumber and iceberg lettuce. Also use extra light mayonese/salad creme if you want (I can't resist a dollop of saladcreme)
