For me...it has just the right amount of sweetness (for a dessert), and generally doesn't have any chunks of fruit or syrup, unless you add it. It's a clean looking, and tasting pie that you can spice up as much or as little as you wish right out of the box (or when making it).
The texture(when made properly) is just amazing for any food. It just falls apart in your mouth, but still has a solidness to it. The right crust will add to this aswell.
I normally don't like sweets...but I could eat cheesecake all day, lol.
