What is the difference between Parmigiano Reggiano and Kraft Parmesan Cheese?!

Question: Parmigiano-Reggiano is made in Italy and allowed to age for 2 to 3 years, were as Kraft may only age for 14 months therefore having a much weaker flavor and smell.
Reel Parmesan, or any cheese for that matter, should be strong, robust and full of flavor.

Taste. Well, and smell, too, lol. Try some; it's amazing. I'll never go back to stuff in the can.

The taste, the texture. The PR cheese has amazing "crystals" in the cheese that give a slight crunch, and it is delicious. Worth the indulgence.

The taste and smell. Kraft is better. It taste good and smells good

Oooh I just laughed really hard.

I like them both though :)

The former is made in Italy by cheesemakers in a region called Parma. It is aged for a long time to make the perfect cheese. Many Italians eat slices of it with Balsamic vineger on it.

The latter is made in a lab by nerds at Kraft in Chicago.
