Water can cleanse all the bad things that may be inside of you and It can also clear out your digestive system. It also is much better thatn soda or anything else just because it's plain.

because your body is made up mostly of water
drink more than you think you need & that is not easy !!!! i've measured it !!!
staying hydrated is important for all aslpects of your health

That's what your blood is made out of

You need it to stay alive

Maybe that's just it. Water is the purest of all elements. It has nothing to hinder your health, but it does contribute to your hydration. Think on this, usually when someone gets sick it is because they have too much of something. That something, that the person has too much of, does the job of pushing out other things a person may need. Hence, water, again the purest of all elements, does no such thing. It hydrates and replenishes.
