Is whole grain actually good for you?!
Answers: Do you believe it's good for you or is it some sort of scam to get you to buy foods made of grain crops which there seems to be a boundless supply of which governments don't want to waste?
The less processed an item is the better it is for you.
The more processed a food item is the more money the food industry makes from it and the less healthy it is.
The only thing there is a boundless supply of is corn. Less and less farmers are growing other grains which is why the cost of flour, beer etc is rising.

Whole Grain or All Grain in supposed to be more healthy than enriched grain, although it sounds kind of odd.

100% whole grain is good for you. They leave the shell of the grain on! With white bread or rye or other types, the shell is taken off. Don't be deceived by "Whole Grain"!! It must say "100% Whole Grain"!
Other types of grain go through much more processing which takes out the nutrients and fibre.

I think every person is different. There are people out there with Celiac disease that can't eat whole grains. So no, they're not good for everyone.
