Is it wrong to not eat breaskfast?!

It's not wrong not to eat breakfast, but it is usually better when you do. It helps you have more energy through out the day and gets you started for the whole day. You should try to not eat snacks through the whole day. It's better and healthier if you eat at the right times, and don't over do it. Some people may think it's not good to eat breakfast, and I know many people who don't, but like I said, it's totally up to you, but it's usually better if you do eat breakfast in the mornings, and eat properly proportioned meals at the right times during the day.

Typically people need something to eat before lunch just to stay alert, however, if you have a sandwich or something as a snack prior to lunch time that is fine.

Well breakfast gives you energy throughout the day but you dont NEED it...as long as you eat well during the rest of the day.

What each individuals body needs depends on the person. No one can tell you what is right or not for you.
While breakfast can set you up with fuel for a great start to your day and some people feel is is best to get the most calories early so you have the entire day to burn them if it is not something that agrees with you, that is just fine.

It is not "wrong" - I know a lot of people who skip breakfast b/c they are not hungry that early, or b/c they are too busy getting ready in the morning...
It HAS been proven that it helps to boost your metabolism, b/c it basically gives your body a kick-start.... but it is fine if you feel better skipping it!

This isn’t just a theory; it has been proven by many scientific studies. One six-year study, for
instance, measured the mental and physical efficiency of a group of adults throughout the day.
Some of the people tested ate good nutritious breakfasts while others did not. When compared to
those who ate breakfast, those who did not became less efficient as the day went on. Their
efficiency improved after eating lunch, but they slowed down again later in the day and fell
behind those who had eaten breakfast in completing their work.
For children a good breakfast is even more important. Children who don’t eat a good breakfast
become tired in school and don’t pay as much attention, especially late in the morning. In one
study, test scores of children who did not eat breakfast were generally lower than those who had
eaten a good, nutritious morning meal. Breakfast eaters performed much better in their
schoolwork and showed extra energy in sports and other physical activities.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you don't like to eat that early in the morning, buy Fiber One Chewy Bars. They come in a box. Try to eat one in the morning.

Drink lots of water during the day.

Hey a friend once told me that eating breakfast gives you energy. You can eat whatever you want, cereal, cookies, cake, salads..anything! the more you eat the enery you have. But eat only this at breakfast..not on lunch cuz once you eat it...you're stomach gains full control of it and when the time pass you start growing and developing. Never eat at night..once you sleep you gain weight..and you only sleep cuz your brain is tired..and your body stops working...it doesn't have time to digest food. trust me. I ate at night..sleep n gain:(

I don't think it's good to use the terms "right" or "wrong" in regard to eating. It is "healthy" to eat breakfast. It jump starts your metabolism so you actually burn more calories throughout the day not to mention that it gives you more energy to do what you need to do for the day.

This doesn't mean the whole bacon and egg thing or pancakes or that crap. Actually eggs aren't so bad, some protein in the morning is good but a lot of fat and sugar aren't the best way to start the day. I like a yogurt with some granola stirred in. A friend of mine has a protein shake every day. A piece of fruit is good to. I need something that I can eat on my way to work.

Well u need it to get ur brian started and if u skip meals ur metabilism slows down and that is bad. So don't skip it..

Breakfast gets our metabolism started for the rest of the day. It is not wrong, but we all should eat it. It is the most important meal of the day. I never eat breakfast, but I know I should eat something healthy.
