You need to loose the candy ....besides that you are making me hungry

I knew if people kept saying "veggies" instead of vegetables it would get spelled veggietables =(

Anyhow, lose the candy out of your snack list except for once a week as a treat and add some fruit to your breakfast, vegetables to your lunch and you're all set.

Maybe a couple of days but it would eventually get boring!

eat cereal and milk and some water. and a bannna is good. then for lunch have a chicken salad with green tea. then for dinner have spagetti and gralic bread. then for snack eat yogurt or fruit. then for dessert eat a small piece of cake.
see doesnt mine sound better?????????????????????????/

Your spelling is very distracting......what was the question?
