What foods or food groups helps get strong nails?!

Question: Proteins (Eggs, Nuts, Tofu, Beans and Meat)

Answers: Proteins (Eggs, Nuts, Tofu, Beans and Meat)

Eat a lot of healthy proteins.

Eat a balanced diet and take vitamins containing biotin.

Dietary changes that supposedly strengthen nails don't work. Unless you're deficient in protein — rare among people in the United States — adding protein or calcium to your diet won't strengthen your nails. Similarly, soaking your nails in gelatin won't help either.

CALCIUM FOR STRONG BONES NAILS . DRINK LOTS OF MILK, CHEESE, YOGURT.

Milk for sure and meat and I think drinking water helps to.

I've read/heard since ages that the best thing for getting strong healthy nails is GELATIN.

To begin your quest for healthy nails, first make a commitment to eating healthier foods. You can still enjoy the foods you love, but you should make a conscious effort to consume healthy fruits and vegetables, nuts, fish and eggs, among other nail-friendly foods.
Consume foods containing calcium and zinc. Calcium effectively promotes nail growth. (You know those little white spots that show up on your nails in funny places sometimes? Those spots mean you aren't getting enough zinc in your diet.)

- Consume less sugar and less alcohol.
