Quick breakfest?!
Answers: about to go to school and looking for a quick good breakfest that isn't creal and milk...or a pop tart
oatmeal i know know it sooo tabu people think it's either water or thick and yucky .I just gave it a try and it's great and yummy and low calories.
I buy the quaker oatmeal with Raisins, Walnuts, and dates soo yummy
with a side of fresh fruit such as Melon, grapes and watermelon or strawberries.
Plus oatmeal usually has between 140-160 calories sooo you won't feel guilty about it!
Bagel & Cream Cheese
Easy grab some fruit-it cames prepackaged and easy to carry as you walk.
nutrient milkshake
eggos , toast and peanut butter or jam, bagel and cream cheese,yogurt, granola bars, cereal bars
Toast and a piece of fruit.
Carnation Instant Breakfast Drink. It's a powder you mix into milk. (Vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry).

fruit is the best food as it is nutrient as well as it is very easy to carry it and it contains lots of proteins and you can eat it as you are walking to your school pa!

Half a banana, yogurt, and little granola. If you like herbal tea or a small glass of orange juice, that would be a good start to your day.

I know...I think you should make grilled cheese!!! it's very delicious. Just have sliced bread cheese and butter :-D

INGREDIENTS
4 slices white bread
3 tablespoons butter, divided
2 slices Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Generously butter one side of a slice of bread. Place bread butter-side-down onto skillet bottom and add 1 slice of cheese. Butter a second slice of bread on one side and place butter-side-up on top of sandwich. Grill until lightly browned and flip over; continue grilling until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining 2 slices of bread, butter and slice of cheese.
