Isn't it true that Jaffa cakes should be classified as biscuits or pseudobiscuits?!


Question: Despite what the law says just to save on taxes the jaffa cake has been scientifically proven as a biscuit.So therefore should't it re-classified as a biscuit because of the scientific evidence pointing to the FACT its a biscuit.

Biscuits get softer as they age (like men) and jaffa cakes get harder (like stale cakes). Therefore they're a cake.
