If i eat 5000 calories a day?!

Question: how much weight will i gain a week ??

Answers: how much weight will i gain a week ??

Let's see. You burn calories every day so let's estimate your body burns 1000 calories each day doing every-day activities.

5000 x 7 = 35000 calories.
1000 x 7 = 7000 calories.

35000 - 7000 = 28000 calories, which you would have consumed, and not burned off, in one week.

3500 calories = 1 pound.

So, 28000 / 3500 = 8.

You would gain approximately 8 pounds in one week.

Just in case you didn't want to count the calories burned (approx.) then:

35000 / 3500 = 10, so in this way of thinking you would gain 10 pounds per week.

It also depends on many variables such as metabolism, and where those calories came from, so it is impossible to know.

Please don't do this though, unless you're severely underweight. Its unhealthy unless you exercise A LOT.

No idea but if you are male that is double the daily recommended amount....

Loads! Come on - think about it. How are we meant to answer that properly without your age, sex and level of activity?

hmm if u dont exercise any of it off then a LOT!!

depends obviously if u were to cycle 10 hrs a day u would lose weight

depends on the fat content of your 5000 calories.

too much. That's unhealthy.

with no physical activity...not sure...but i think one pound is equal to 3000 calories so thats around 11+ pounds...

well...most people eat reguraly 2000-2500 calories a day. you are going double. 3500 calories = 1 pound, so if you don't exercise the weight is going up. if you want to gain weight, talk to your doctor.

lots

Thats wayyyyyyyyy too many calories.

A LOT wow

well 3500 calories make a pound so youd gain between 5-10 pounds

unless you burn it off you will become obese, it will be anything from a couple of ounces to a couple of pounds(depending on metabolism) just like losing weight, gaining weight is a gradual process

About 6-8 pounds.
