It's not the burger it's self, it's all the fat they're cooked in. And most of your fast food chain cook with beef that's high in fat, that's how they keep the cost low, using a 75% 25% beef yeah it all beef but just with more fat.
So if you eat out at fast food chain just add in a salad from time to time.
Happy eating.
Cooked with sooooooo much oil it's uneatable!
Well depending on what burger you use at home, it could be just as bad. Beef isn't the best thing in the world for you, but when it is cooked in extra fat, with an extra large bun, that is extra fat grams and extra calories. The restaurant burgers tend to weigh more than ones you would make at home. Hope this helps.
food like this in moderation is o.k.obviously grilled is better. IT'Swhen people start living on junk food. there is no valuable nutrition in greasy burgers, also, burgers cooked in takeaways are usually cooked on griddle plates, with no cooking fat added, so have to be better than fatty full food. yuk! enjoy!!!
When meat is cooked on the bbq the fat drips off onto the coals. The frying pan is the evil one. The fat and whatever surround the food making it greasy.
