I just ate 5 kinds of junk food...what wll happen?!


Question: i ate:
1 large bag of Lay's potato chips
2 small lay's
1 medium bag of doritos
and a bag of mixed nuts


i really didn't want to....i dont know stress i guess


will i be fat the next day?

well the first thing that will happen is you'll go the toilet... pretty obvious.
the second is maybe you'll gain like a millionth of a pound the next day. dont worry. although dont keep that up, its not exactly healthy anyways.... if you keep eating like that, you will gain weight.
mainly because your body will burn off that kind of energy faster and will need more. so its basically a vicious cycle, you'll eat more to get more energy and use it up fast and gain weight...you want better food really.

if you get really hungry, go for healthy i guess. yoghurt is great coz it fills me up for snack time. but i dont know what works for you ^.^

no u wont gain weight rite away. it will probably come slow. but if you keep eating it, then yep your gona be fat.

depends on your matabalism,

if you gain weight easily then work it off somehow
if you don't, then don't worry about it.

nothing at all if you start going out for a 5 miles run...

Nothing dramatical will happen.

You have just eaten noticeable amount of unnecessary fats, which is bad for your health, and doesn't help to become over your situation.

If you eat like that from stress, then you need to deal with it,
and look for better ways to cope from stress. Eating large amounts of fat is not helping at all. On controversy, now you have even more stress, because now you also worry about your weight...

You won't gain any weight, if you eat like that only once. Try to go back now to your daily routine, eating healthy for the rest of the day, and drinking plenty of water.
Go take at least one hour long walk today evening, it helps for your mood, gives you time to think things over, and also burns calories.

Hey, dont worry if you did it just this one time. Try to exercise a little bit so that you dont add weight.
No, you wont add weight the next day.
No, not sleeping at night will not make any difference. Instead it might make you cranky.
Next time dont eat all the junk food in one go.
