I don't own a microwave! After years of having one take up space in my kitchen to only be used once a year to melt chocolate, I went back to melting the old fashioned way and got rid of the microwave!

I've now been without one for over 15 years and will never own another!

i got rid of my microwave 5 years ago. i missed it at first but i am sure i gained some additional years to my life having gotten rid of a major source of radiation in my home!

We don't have one in our home. It broke about 4 years ago and we just never replaced it. It was hard at first, but now I have realized that microwaved food doesn't taste near as good.

We have a convectioners oven now almost as fast but better for you.

April Fool. Microwave radiation kills bacteria in a matter of seconds.

i hardly ever use a microwave - and when i do, i don't cook things in it -- i use it to boil water - seems to happen faster in the microwave than on the stove
