Does anyone know how to make a Black Jack Cocktail?!
This cocktail, ‘Black Jack’ was divine. It was creamy white with a chocolate hint and very alcoholic, but resembeld a child's milkshake!
The barman once told me it had Crème De Cocoa and Jack Daniels in it and either cream, ice cream or both, with a swirl of cream on top and what looked like chocolate sauce down the side of the glass. However, I am sure there was another spirit in there too.
Does anyone out there know how to make it? Old Orleans no longer serves it and I no longer live near an outlet either.
Sadly this has nothing to do with the cocktail made popular by the film "21" either. Although I have tried this and it is nice!
Anyone help me out?
Answers: I used to frequent ‘Old Orleans’ Restaurants, a chain of them exist in England. The food and drink is based on that of the Deep South, New Orleans. (Lovely!)

You could try this site:

ANOTHER OPTION: A great book to invest in is "Mr. Boston's Deluxe Official Bartender's Guide" or "Mr. Boston's Recipe Book". Either is commonly referred to as "Mr. Boston" I THINK I would prefer the former rather than the latter. You may want to invest in both.
You can order the book by going to http://amazon.com
It has JUST ABOUT ALL the popular cocktails and drinks. When you have this book with you, your chances of "being stumped" about a drink or preparing that drink you forgot how to make, should be greatly reduced.
Many times people play a very frustrating game. They try to "stump the bartender" and they make up their own names for drinks.
If you can't find that drink in your book, ask that person who ordered it. DON'T LOSE YOUR TEMPER!
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!
