Marshmallow Fluff is a mashmallow cream that comes in a jar.

Kraft also makes a Marshmallow Fluff/Cream

I'm not sure if you can get it in New Zealand....

Marshmallow fluff is basically spreadable marshmallow. Sticky ooey gooey goodness! Not a health food, but something you should try atleast once in your life. You should be able to find it in a specialty food hall somewhere that has novelty American foods. Here is a recipe if you can't find it.
Try a fluffer nutter, two pieces of fluffy white bread with peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, you could also add banana or chocolate spread.

? cup Plus 2 tablespoons water
1? cup Light corn syrup
? cup Plus 1 tablespoons sugar
4 large Egg whites
1 Pinches salt
1 Pinches cream of tartar
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

In a small saucepan, fitted with a candy thermometer, bring the water, corn syrup and 3/4 cup sugar to 246 degrees (firm ball stage). In the meantime, in the completely clean and dry bowl of an electric mixer, whisk the egg whites, salt, and cream of tartar until creamy and foamy. Still whisking, sprinkle in the tablespoon of sugar and continue to whisk until the whites hold very soft peaks. With the mixer on slow, carefully drizzle in the hot syrup. Turn the mixer to high and whisk until thick, fluffy and just warm, about 7 minutes. Turn the mixer to high and whisk until thick, fluffy and just warm, about 7 minutes. Turn the mixer to low and whisk in the vanilla extract. Makes 5 cups.

It's spreadable marshmallow. My ex Mom in law used to make fudge with it, as well as peanut butter and fluff sandwiches...yummy...I can't find it in Europe, so I'm not sure it will be available to you either. Damn.
