Pork chops or Lasagna for dinner?!

we had porkchop's Wednesday night and i had 3 that wouldn't fit in the baking pan, so I fry them up for lunch yesterday for me and my honey.
we have Lasagna maybe 1 time every 2 months.

I'm having the extra crispy Shake & Bake pork chops & I'm gonna try eggplant parmesan for the first time to go with them. Probably have a salad too.
Lasagna, that way there could be leftovers. Open disclosure, I must admit I'm biased against pork chops, Mom always overcooked them and my husband is vegetarian so I don't bother cooking meat most of the time.

Had Lasagna last night. However, I would always vote for Pork chops.
