Do Northern Americans really not know what a Kolache is?!

Question: I heard that Northerners don't have kolaches stores or even know what they are!? Is that a crazy question? Because how can they not know what kolaches are! They're the best. Tell me I'm wrong, if I am.

I can only tell you that I am a North American and I do not know what that is. I can't speak for others though.

I love Kolaches, only I do not know how to make them from scratch. I usually purchase mine at Sam's Warehouse, they come in many different flavors such as Walnut, cream cheese, rasberry and lemon. Very Very good.
