Do carrots that arent white taste different?!

Question: White carrots are crunchy and slightly bitter. They turn soft when boiled. American carrots, the orange ones, are crunchy when raw and they are sweet. They are very nutritious and they have tons of vitamin A. They go great with salads and they can also be boiled to turn soft.

They taste the same. Carrots can be many colours, orange is the most common but is not the natural colour for carrots. Carrots should in nature be Purple. White and yellow are also possible.
