Can you refreeze raw chicken after it's been defrosted?!

Question: No...but you could cook it and then freeze it!...make a curry or a casserole with it and then freeze.
Or if you haven't any other ingredients just cook it and freeze it and then make into a curry when you get the other ingredients.

The rule is simple with ALL frozen products, especially meats.

Once it's been de-frosted, it should not be re-frozen unless it has been cooked first.

Definitely not. If you dont want to waste it, then cook the chicken, cool it quickly and then you can freeze it.
