Soybeans. Except for the fact that I'm allergic, so yea... they're the healthiest for everyone else.

bananas

apples

Any dark green veggies and fruits like blueberries that are antioxidants. Fiber is also very important for good digestion and your bowels.

I'll choose tomatoes because they contain lycopene which is good for the heart, and they have vitamin A as well which is great for keeping hair, skin, nails healthy looking too! I know it has other benefits, but those are the ones i remember :].

apple

chocolate and soda

I think it is eggs. It comes in it's own protective little case, so you know it is safe and it is almost pure protein with some fat.

An egg plus an orange is the perfect breakfast..You get your Vit D from the orange which the body does not store, so this is particually important if you live in a cold climate with very little sunshine,,and it has carbs to give you instant energy in the morning..
The protein and fat in the egg make you feel full and will give you long term energy for later....great combo..

An apple ...

I would definitely have to say....SALMON considered a SUPER FOOD

Benfits:
Omega-3 fatty acids (healthy fat that helps lower bad cholesterol, cancers, and heart attack)
Protein source
Rich buttery flavor!!
