For me... I would say Italian, French, and Middle Eastern. If I had to choose just one it would be the Italian bc I love every all the different recipes for appetizers, salads, meats, and especially desserts. French for the richness and dessert and Middle Eastern for the wonderful flavors and sweet spiciness.
