What was your breakfast today?!

Question: I'm not really a health nut....

A low GI 9 grain muffin divided in half.

One half: Low fat, vitamin D and calcium enriched cheese slice topped with one fried egg. (NO butter or oil used)

Other half: Vegemite - no butter. (yep! I'm an Aussie)

Washed down with a vitamin B drink and a cup of tea.

Thanks for your positive reinforcement. I'm trying to be more healthy and after 3 weeks on the new regime it's a little tough- it really helps that someone said 'keep it up'. Have a great weekend! Report It
