Cranberry juice! i had a bladder infection and i was told to drink cranberry juice. well i didnt know you were only supposed to have like a couple cups a day. i drank a jug throughout the day and was on the toilet for the next week!

Drink a little bit of prune juice in the mornings and drinks lots of water. People don't realize how important water is to your overall health and it really does help loosen the bowels.

Try to focus on foods that contain a lot of fiber, like whole grain breads, oatmeal, fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of water. Also if you can, drink a tea-spoon of olive oil, or dip some bread in it, it will help.

you dont have enough fibre in your diet
try a cereal like all bran, eat wholemeal bread and try to introduce more fruit into your diet

Eat a bran muffin or cereal with bran in it.
You can also go to the drug store and buy something over-the-counter.

First of all, eww.

Well eat lots of food full of fibre, such as Figs, dates and prunes as well as bran.
They will help a lot, also if you drink more fluid, because your colon sucks all of the water out, and you must've not had a lot.

Take a hot shower when affected. Also drink cranberry and prune juice, lots of fruit and for some, avoid bananas. Apple juice may also work.

Bran Cereal works for kids.

Also drink aloe vera juice to balance intestinal flora and to alleviate constipation.

Also drink a glass of prune juice 1st thing on an empty stomach to ease or rid any constipation. Prune juice containing fiber is highly recommended.

Choose any of what I just said

I wish you the best

God Bless You

Drink a red bull -- I don't know why, but they make me go :>) LOL!!

Lighten up on the CHEESE -- That will stop you up FAST!!

*Guaranteed to help!*

Once you wake up, go drink 6 cups of water... try not to stop but if you have to, take a 2 minute break. In no time, you'll be pooping your guts out lol!

Budweiser works for me!!!!!!

eat something with alot of fiber in it.
if that doesnt work there are some medicine out there that u can take that will help u with this problem!

eating 3 bananas in one day will add to your constipation.
One banana a day is great potassium

you need to eat more Fibre* (bran, whole wheats)
add more fresh fruits and fresh veggies into your diet
(plums, apples, oranges, grapefruits, cantalope, dark green leafy veggies, ..all kinds)
more water*
exercise more...

you can also take milk of magnesia (pharmacy or grocery shop will have) to help soften your stool...so you wont be Forcing to 'go"....Never do that, you can rupture you bottom*!

Dont be binding yourself up with Cheese, and bananas* these "block"your bowel if eaten alot ...
ADD MORE FIBRE FRUITS VEGGIES WATER AND EXERCISE*~

just drink 1.5 litres of water aday and eat more fibers

DRINK MORE WATER
EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
AVOID HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP

Here's some tips, but first see below:

As food moves through the colon, it absorbs water and forms waste products, or stool. Muscle contractions then push the stool to the rectum. But, if the muscles in the colon move too slowly, or if the colon absorbs too much water, you lose that rhythm, and your stool gets hard and dry. If it gets too hard and dry to expel, you have constipation.

FiberA substance found in fruits, vegetables, and grains; specifically, the part of the plant that your body can't digest. Fiber adds bulk to your diet and helps prevent constipation.

Here are some foods to eat to help aid in your irregularity:

Some high-fiber foods include:

Beans
Whole grains and bran cereals
Fresh fruits
Asparagus
Brussels sprouts
Cabbage
Carrots
Rye or pumpernickel bread
Oatmeal

I hope that helps,
Take care...
