With breakfast a side dish for me is cantalope. Lunch grapes are a good choice for a side. And dinner, i like greenbeans, or even a noodle.

Meatballs
Lettuce

Carrots
Cucumbers

Make pasta in noodles and with meatballs but dont forget the parm cheese and bread biscuits. Make a salad for the side and then just Get some Icecream and put whip-cream and some cherries for dessert. But im sorry you have to pick your favorite drink out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Hormel's pot roast (microwaves in 7 min for family size) , Betty crocker instant mashed potatos, brown gravy, fresh asparagus and biscuits and iced tea. Very good meal.

I have plenty of other ideas if you would like them.

buy whatever is in season, go to store - pick up some different veggies and fruits, come home and google them, then you will learn what you got, how to eat it and how to prepare/ripen it.
we do that all the time and have learned lots of new things like persimmons are really good but don't eat the skin and almost any green veggie is good if undercooked, salted and if it is really bad stir fry in olive oil and garlic
