Answers: What are the pros and cons of white bread, wholemeal, ect?

Whole-grain bread is good, and i've also heard that sour-dough bread and pumpernickle are good? I don't have much experiences with the last two, but in general something that is labeled whole grain is usually a good choice :].

whole grain/multi grain/whole wheat

Wholemeal is best with the grains and fibre you get from it but I still eat White Bread.

whole wheat

white bread is the worst kind cos its full of crap additives and well its not the 'real' colour of 'bread'. dye and stuff

rye bread is good for you no wheat which can tend to bloat u out.
its is delicious toasted thats how i like it. very crunchy and yummy and u can eat as much its totally good for u.
if u domnt like the option stick to wholemeal its filling and is better for you. one with seeds on the crust is gorg too :)

The Healthiest bread is made is made with wheat flour. You don't want bleached white flour.

whole wheat breads

Whole wheat is allot better for you !! First because of the vitamins and nutrients

the best is wheat bread, cause it has all the nutirition in it and white bread has alot of starch in it whjich is very unhealthy , so stick with white ok, best of luck.

white bread has no nutrients but the healthiest bread is wheat so eat whats wheat in your tasty treat.

not white bread. i only eat white bread if it has hundreds and thousands on it. wholmea is good, but they reckon home-made bread is very very very good for you. one problem with home made bread is that it won't fit in my toaster.
