What are some good healthy no-carb or low-carb breakfasts? do you have any ideas or know where to buy some?!

Question: I have a diabetic recipe book that I bought at Sam's with a full section on breakfast foods; it all depends on the ingredients used. Most of the recipes just substitute with egg substitutes, low fat meats and cheeses, add lots of veggies.

Mushroom Oven Omelet
Greek eggs
Eggs California
Country Brunch
Overnight Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Pizza

These are just some of the recipes. If you want any let me know and I will give them to you.

Scrambled eggs and a meat like bacon or ham would be low carb. You could also have cottage cheese and fruit or an omelette.

Anything with low or no carbs are unhealthy... carbohydrates are essential for energy and you need them.

Eggs, and bacon if you can eat that. You can buy "ready to go" breakfasts like this in the frozen food isle at the grocery store. Also look into protein shakes like "Muscle Milk" and "Whey Protein". South Beach bars are good; high protein, but some carbs....but you do need SOME carbs.

Oat crackers with low fat cream cheese/ jam spread
Boiled eggs
fruit salad with natural yogurt and a tea spoon of honey
