Anyone else looking forward to dinner?!

Question: Yes, I am - I making cherry glazed chicken breasts, mashed potatoes and steamed whole green beans. For dessert, I am making brownies.

Cherry glazed chicken breasts:

1 can cherry pie filling
4-6 boneless chicken breasts

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken breasts in a glass baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray like Pam. Spoon just enough of the cherry pie filling over the chicken to cover lightly. Place pan into oven and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes spreading more of the pie filling over the chicken every 30 minutes.

This is very easy and you get a nice moist chicken breast. This also works well for Cornish game hens and pork chops.

Welllllllll..........if I couldn't eat my next meal till dinner time then I'd have to say yes...........it's very late here and I can't wait till breakfast. ;-)

no, not at all.

dinner is a pointless meal. its not like you need a whole heap of energy just before you go to be.

i think breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day. then lunch smaller, then dinner smaller again

No. And i've just had dinner....2 minute noodles =D lol. I'm about to eat ice-cream and watch A Cinderella Story.
