Is it called 5 hour energy shot? It gives you energy just like all the other energy drinks do except you don't crash when you come off it and there isn't as many calories in it. i'm 21 and I drink them and have no problem

It's exactly what it says it is, its a shot of energy, like Red Bull or Monster. However, that beverage is much more concentrated, thus packs a bigger punch but has a bigger crash. Most energy drinks aren't very good for you anyways.
