Is this a good breakfast?

I wouldn't say so..too many eggs (4)
not sure on the instant breakfast drink either...

why not scramble an 2 eggs with some grated cheese, diced green pepper(if you want), salt/pepper*
add one slice of whole wheat toast and a glass of o'juice.
--------------------------------------...
or.....1cup milk in blender, a bit of yogurt(any flavour) , one banana-break into pieces and throw in blender, ice cubes, squirt of honey........blend....have a wonderful healthy real smoothie which will keep you going*
--------------------------------------...
yogurt with handful of nuts
--------------------------------------...
porridge with handful of raisins ., glass of o'juice
--------------------------------------...

some suggestions* :)

it sounds good and healthy!

3 out of 10. The eggs and the pair sound good but broccoli for breakfast? I mean seriously.

Leave out two eggs and one egg yoke and I would say it is fine.

Very good and sounds yummy too

sounds fine but to many eggs

not tooo many eggs

Everything sounds healthy, but i would change the eggs from 4 to 2, and maybe add a slice of whole-grain toast to it. :]

that sounds so gross for breakfast!! Broccoli for breakfast that is just not right!
