How does the healthier version taste?

One person listed the nutritional facts above and while it might not "make or break" you weight as one person said... this really depends on how much you monitor your calories and/or carb intake. True, at only 15 calories per serving, regular Heinz ketchup is far from detrimental BUT one serving of Heinz is only a tablespoon. You really need to take a look at how many servings you may consume in one sitting.
Heinz now makes a low sugar aka 1 carb version that tastes pretty dang close to the original. At only 5 calories per tablespoon and 1 gram of sugar you can really eat a lot more for the health conscious ketchup lover. I think it tastes awesome and would highly recommend trying this! I buy it at Albertsons but can also be found at Walmart of Fred Meyer.

Heinz has 4 g. sugar, 0 fat, 15 calories per 1 TB. serving. The main ingredient is tomato concentrate, and the 2nd is vinegar (off the label) ...... Other brands may be alot more watered down and not taste as good. So, by these figures, you can decide how bad it is for you (or not)

i always use organic ketchup, its healthier and it tastes the same as the orginal.

I dont think there is a healthier one and its not harmful because its not trans fat and its not like you drinking cups of ketchup so dont sweat it..its not gonna make or break ur weight
