Im not that bad really. The only bad place is my stomach. I want it flat but its like not. Also my arms are alittle big. How can i get rid of my belly fat and my arm fat?
How many calories a day should i eat? Should i run on the treadmill or should i just do situps and crunches?

Do you realize that your body is storing the small amount of fat you mention for the next round of hormones? If you are only complaining about a small amount of body fat in the arms and belly areas you don't need to do anything.
Sometime between 16 and 18 your body is going to undergo a major change. Where you aren't curvy now, you will be, where you see "baby fat" you then won't. Your body is now doing what it needs to do to prepare for that time.
Don't focus on how many calories you are consuming. Don't worry about what to eat, and what NOT to eat. Eat when you are hungry. Don't over eat. Go out and play, ride a bike, join the swim team, do something physically active.
Now let your body prepare for the last final push before you become a woman. It is not healthy to become obsessed about a few pounds. It is healthy to play hard, eat well and laugh often.

Hi, i would suggest focussing mostly on what you're eating. Try your best to eat sweets or salty foods only in moderation, and try to include more fruits, veggies, and whole grain foods into your diet -also drink plenty of water and avoid soft drinks. For excercizing, i would recommend find an activity that you enjoy doing but is not too stressful, like jogging/ walking around your neighbourhood, dancing, biking :). For toning your arms, i would suggest buying small weights (maybe 2 pounds each) and doing different moves with them along with deep breating. You're still very young and your body is still growing, so try to focus more on healthy eating and excercizes that are fun for you, good luck!
