Foods with monounsaturated fats: avocados, oils (olive oil, peanut oil etc.) and nuts.
One type of polyunsaturated fat is omega-3 acids (found in fish and some oils like flaxseed and walnut oils). So, to get this kind of fat, eat fish or use flaxseed or walnut oils.
