How many servings of fruit,veggies etc. should a normal adult have a day?!

The easiest way to answer that is 2/3 of your plate. 1/3 for meat and starch, the other 2/3 for fruit and vegetables.

5 a day...have to admit I don't get them in most of the time.

600g - no more than 150 - 200g fruit (1 - 2 pieces).

Preferrably half of the vegetables raw. There's no upper limit on the vegetables .. but believe me, 600g. will exhaust your jaws so much, you won't be able to over-do it! :lol:
