What's your favorite hangover breakfast/cure? recipes if its a meal please?!
Answers: I usually have toast or a sandwich of some sort. The bread helps to absorb the alcohol in your stomach.
As gross as it sounds.... a big burger with a large milkshake - works everytime!
Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich. The greesier the better. Some gatorade to wash it down.
V-8 with a bit of tabasco in it.
an 8 oz glass of cold V-8, chug it down and sit for a minute. It's like you go through the hangover in fast forward, and it's over in five minutes.
Then you feel much better, and can continue with your day.
any fast food, BK, McDonalds, a greasy cheese burger and fries and a large soda is what I like the best
Aspirin, and a caffenated beverage (cola), and then water for the rest of the morning (water is the only thing that will get rid of and/or prevent a hangover).
If you can eat, go with something that tastes really good.
Before you start
For some of you, the battle against the hangover starts even before you take your first drink. This commonly involves lining the stomach with anything from milk, milk thistle, garlic, olive oil (four dessertspoons worth, flavoured with vanilla essence, if you want to improve the taste) or simply junk food.
Protecting the stomach makes good sense: food - and particularly dairy products - slows the absorption of alcohol, and eating foods rich in vitamins B and C will limit nutrient loss later on. It might also make you feel fuller, and therefore less keen to drink.
As you drink
Those of you who want to party all night know the importance of keeping up your fluid levels - even if this means in your mixers. Favourites include soda, Irn-Bru and colas. Many of you consider fruit cocktails to be healthy, despite the addition of vodka and rum.
A more sensible suggestion is to drink one soft drink or glass of water for every two or three units of booze. But hey, who's counting?
'Make sure you eat some crisps or peanuts,' recommends one person 'they help with your salt levels.' 'A bag of Doritos when you start to feel queasy,' says another. And you thought bar snacks were a cunning ploy to make you drink more?
Recipes for Curing Hangovers
Although many of these remedies seem to have been developed more to punish than cure, some of them may actually help relieve hangover symptoms. Others may just make you sick to your stomach. Keep in mind that drinking alcohol as part of a hangover remedy presents its own set of problems.
Some Helpful Ingredients:
Milk Thistle: Milk thistle is commonly prescribed for people with liver problems. It is known to help the liver function properly, and may help the liver process alcohol better.
Gingerroot: Often brewed and consumed as a tea, gingerroot is known for its ability to settle an upset stomach.
Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Juices: Juices help to replenish lost nutrients and they help re-hydrate your body quicker than water.
Soup: Soup is a common hangover remedy because it soothes the stomach and helps re-hydrate the body.

If you think coffee will sober you up, think again. It simply makes you a wide-awake drunk. While coffee does NOT help sober you up, it can provide some relief for that pounding headache. On the down side, caffeine can increase dehydration and irritate your stomach further. Be sure to drink plenty of extra water if you drink coffee.
Avoid drinking coffee right before you try going to sleep. The caffeine will interfere with the sleep that your body desperately needs to recover. If you usually have coffee in the morning, however, it may be a good idea to have a small cup. At least then you won't experience two drug withdrawals at the same time.
