5) Chicken breast on a roll with a bit of mayo, fruit salad
6) Kabobs on the bbq - chicken, veggies, grilled, with rice
7) Hearty beef stew -carrots, onions, potatoes, stew meat,
8) Fish & chips
9) Mince-Meat & Mashed potatoes..with carrots
10) Pork Loin with roasted potatoes, baby carrots , green beans
